Affiliate Program Terms

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The RightOffs Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by referring new customers to RightOffs. Our program is managed through Rewardful, our affiliate tracking platform.

• Commission Rate: 33% recurring commission on all subscription payments
• Founder's Access Bonus: $100 one-time commission for Founder's Access ($300) referrals
• Cookie Duration: 60 days
• Minimum Payout: $25
• Payment Schedule: Monthly via Rewardful Managed Payouts

2. ELIGIBILITY

To participate in the RightOffs Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid email address
• Provide accurate payment information for commission payouts
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not be a current employee or contractor of Socrates ONE LLC

3. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Recurring Commissions: You will earn 33% of every payment made by customers you refer, for as long as they remain active paying customers. This includes monthly and annual subscription payments.

Founder's Access: For referrals who purchase Founder's Access ($300 one-time payment), you will receive a $100 one-time commission.

Commission Adjustments: Commissions may be adjusted or reversed in cases of refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Commissions are paid through Rewardful's Managed Payouts system:

• Minimum payout threshold: $25
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, or check (via Rewardful)
• Payment frequency: Monthly
• Commission hold period: 30 days from the date of the referred customer's payment

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and complying with any tax documentation requirements (such as W-9 forms for U.S. affiliates). Rewardful handles tax compliance and documentation collection.

5. PROMOTIONAL GUIDELINES

Permitted Activities:

• Sharing your referral link on your website, blog, or social media
• Creating honest reviews and content about RightOffs
• Including your referral link in email newsletters to your subscribers
• Using provided marketing materials and approved brand assets

Prohibited Activities:

• Sending unsolicited emails (spam) promoting RightOffs
• Making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about RightOffs
• Bidding on "RightOffs" or related brand keywords in paid advertising
• Using cookie stuffing, malware, or other fraudulent techniques
• Creating fake reviews or testimonials
• Impersonating RightOffs or claiming official partnership without authorization
• Promoting on coupon or deal sites without prior written approval
• Using your own referral link for personal purchases

6. BRAND USAGE

You may use the RightOffs name and logo solely for the purpose of promoting the affiliate program, subject to the following:

• Do not modify the RightOffs logo or brand colors
• Do not use the RightOffs name in a way that implies endorsement or partnership beyond the affiliate relationship
• Do not register domain names containing "RightOffs" or similar variations
• We reserve the right to request removal of any promotional content that does not meet our brand standards

7. REFERRAL TRACKING

Referrals are tracked using cookies with a 60-day attribution window. A referral is credited to you when:

• A visitor clicks your unique referral link
• The visitor signs up and becomes a paying customer within 60 days
• The customer is a new customer (not a returning or existing customer)

Referrals are tracked and managed through Rewardful. You can view your referrals, clicks, and earnings in your Rewardful dashboard.

8. TERMINATION

By You: You may terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time by contacting us or through your Rewardful dashboard. You will receive payment for any earned commissions above the minimum threshold.

By Us: We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Affiliate Terms
• Fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Inactivity for more than 12 months
• Actions that damage the RightOffs brand or reputation

Upon termination for cause, we reserve the right to withhold unpaid commissions.

9. RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES

You are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of Socrates ONE LLC. Nothing in these terms creates a joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socrates ONE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your participation in the affiliate program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Affiliate Terms, commission rates, or program structure at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Rewardful platform. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Knox County, Tennessee.
