RightOffs started because of a problem my family lived firsthand.
My wife is a 1099 independent contractor. She dreaded tax season every year. Not because she wasn't organized, but because none of the tools out there actually fit her situation. The big accounting platforms were bloated and expensive. Spreadsheets were a headache. There was no simple, affordable way to just track business expenses and get something useful out at the end.
She asked me to find something better. I couldn't. So I built it.
