- How much does RightOffs cost?
- RightOffs is free to start, with manual transaction entry and Profit & Loss reports for one business. Pro Plan is $15 per month or $150 per year and adds automatic bank sync and receipt scanning. Founder's Access is a one-time payment of $300 for lifetime access to everything in Pro.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial, which is long enough to connect a bank account and generate a real report. A payment method is required to start the trial and you are not charged until the 7 days are up, so cancelling before then costs you nothing.
- How many bank accounts can I connect?
- Pro Plan includes 3 bank connections. Additional connections are $2 per month each. Founder's Access includes unlimited bank connections. The free plan does not include bank sync, so transactions are entered manually.
- What is the difference between Pro and Founder's Access?
- Both include automatic bank sync, receipt scanning, and unlimited business tracking. Pro Plan bills monthly or yearly and includes 3 bank connections. Founder's Access is paid once, never renews, and includes unlimited bank connections plus priority support and early access to new features.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. Cancelling is handled from your account settings, which opens the secure Stripe billing portal. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account then moves to the free plan with your transactions and reports still intact.
- Do you store my bank login details?
- No. Bank connections are handled by Plaid, the same service used by many major financial apps. You enter your bank credentials inside Plaid, and they are never sent to or stored on RightOffs servers.
